The podium of the 5 cheapest towns to buy property in Spain is completed by the Cordoba towns of Belmez (352 euros/m2) and Fuente Obejuna (352 euros/m2), as well as Villafranca del Cid (353 euros/m2), in Castellón, and Puerto Serrano (365 euros/m2), in Cádiz. Below 400 euros per square meter, we can also find Almadén (370 euros/m2) and Malagón (398 euros/m2), both in Ciudad Real, and El Carpio de Tajo (383 euros/m2), in the province of Toledo.
There are only 12 other Spanish towns with prices below 450 euros per square meter, which cover almost all of central and southern Spain.
